Mr. Dorn grew up in a small town in Wisconsin. After high school, he joined the United States Army where he served for three years, 2 1/2 of which were overseas. Following an Honorable Discharge, he enrolled at Illinois State University majoring in Political Science and Philosophy. He received his Bachelors of Science from Illinois State University in 1992. He then attended DePaul University College of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1995.
