More people take to the waterways. The prevalence of boating accidents has greatly increased in recent years. Personal water craft, skiers, towable water toys are common on our waterways. Increased traffic has resulted in many collisions between water craft or persons swimming in the water. The law requires operators of water crafts to exercise care while on the water.
